Error CLR20r3

Hello everyone.

On new VPS have critical error CLR20r3 when launching applications related with mu online (IGCN).

OS Windows 2012 r2 (RU).

I think problem with .net framework, but i cant to delete it or reinstall.

How to fix it, may be someone know?

Need help for free or offer in PM.

maybe just make full windows update install mate
or try install window 2008 r2!
