File error when Starting Game Client Lang.mpr

I am able to open up the launcher but when I click start game I get the following error box:

allowed it through your firewall/windows defender firewall/anti virus and anti virus firewall all off

you are simply missing the lang.mpr file or the file is invalid, bad edtied etc.. and yeah it has to be inside your client\Data folder.
