Gold Notice when entering the game

hey, using the files of IGCN(9.2)

i enabled this in IGC_COMMON

;-- Message that appears when you enter server;-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------WelcomeMessage = Welcome To Our Mu Online Server  ;-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------;-- Enabled Gold notice to every player about Boss Monster kill (English.xml -> Msg ID: 581);-- Monster Indexes affected with the system: 43-44, 53-56, 78-83, 275, 295, 459, 493-502, 561;-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------BossMonsterKillNotice = 1

but both messages doesn't appear ingame (not the entering and not the Bosskilling Message)

usually this msut work, maybe your repack of files has it bugged, 1 = Activated so there is nothing else
