gs can give you a That error only if have a problem with a visual C++ or netframework, try uinstall and install them again also try to new windows install + clean install of net framework 2.0 and 4.0 and visual c++'s ...

its a crash error, its not only related to visual c++ but can be 'incompatibility issues on the windows version, service pack etc' make sure windows updates are fully installed (recheck updates 3-4 times till its all done) and what i assume if u worked with that gs and built it with sources then u did somewhere the mistake or the bug, else its somewhere misconfig that causes it to bug and crash which u can see where the last log was stopped after the crash
