[Help] Advise Webfiles that is stable in xampp

Hello guyz do you have a webfiles that is stable in xampp I'm using a MuEmu files. I tried the webengine files but i got always stuck in updating the cron jobs(see the picture attached), any older version will do all i need is a working webfiles that will not stuck especially in cron jobs updates.

which season are u running?
I usually trust DMN CMS. It kinda good. and there a cracked version.
