[Help] Can't see yellow option

Hello RZ, Can anyone help me how to solve this? I can put harmony in ancient but I cannot identify what kind of harmony option is it.

I'm using a premium file by Louis Season 8 Ep3. ( I think hes using MuEmu as his base source). I tried to contact him but I don't think I will have an answer so that's why I'm posting this.
