[Help] Cash shop error

good day,, anyone knows how to fix this? any item that purchase from cash shop its always shows purchase failed and the item is sold out, i try to create my own items in cash shop. set price and count but still when i try to buy item is sold out, i have enough coins in my account, thanks for help, files season 6 episode 3

update, only in goblin points work, but in wcoin its always show item is sold out, i tried the other files and its working in wcoin and gp, so im wondering what is the issue for this files. thank you

u can't use from other files the cash shop server same list and configs ?
i mean how do u edit ur cash shop? even by default it doesnt work without touching the cash shop item list?

i didnt edit it yet, but the default is working, i can buy it, but whenever try to create my own, cash shop item, thats the error, i think the cash shop editor is not supported by the files that im using,

anyway im using the louis season episode 3 update 13. and i try to use the Zyth3 - Louis CashShop Editor,, but thats the problem.

yeah i bet its the cash shop issue, like TRY only to not use an EDITOR just do 1 small change, change 1 item CODE u know the 4 digit character code of the item to something else, rename it, change duration etc if necessary and see if u can buy that, cuz i think the editor generates it wrong for some reason?
