[Help] CashShop Server full option item [Season 3]

Hello ragezone!
I'm using season 3 files, trying to edit items making them full option (63)

Example error:
Bone Blade - config is fine (+13, luck, option, exc-63)
ingame: shown only +13, luck, option (not even excellent)

after changing "Exc option" value to "2" -> Bone blade is becoming excellent
i.m item cannot be full option and I'm not sure why.

well cashshop doesnt support FO then :)

tried with many cashshop servers.. i find out that the value i insert in EXC-OPTION (Data//CashShopList) become -> 2^(value-1) on GS.
for example:
insert 2->GameServer:2 | 3->GameServer:4 | 4->GameServer:8 | 5->GameServer:16
etc..
