[Help] Compiled IGCN S9 E2 (Repack) connection problems

Hi guys. Maybe a trite question, but I can't beat this problem. When I start the server, Jonserver crashes .. And also, it seems to me, the dataserver does not work. I use:
MSSQL 2008 R2
WINDOWS SERVER 2008 r2

Please help me:)
