Check your firewall if it allows your connect server port for public to pass thru. Also your gameserver.

Also check your serverinfo.bmd if its configured correctly

When you click on the server list and your about to login in d/c,

Check your ports,
Turn off your firewall for a small brief test and if it works then it was just ports being blocked.
Check the ports you have port forwarded and make sure you have them all.

If your using your IPV4 Address don't worrying about port forwarding. Just go back and make sure you changed all the locations correctly.
