Visual C++ 2010 x86: Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center
Visual C++ 2010 x64: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=14632
Visual C++ 2012 x64 & x86: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=30679
Visual C++ 2013 x64 & x86: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=40784
Visual C++ 2015 x64 & x86: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=48145
Visual C++ 2017 x86: https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Provided By Friend.

Download & install all these to avoid future errors. The most important one is 2010 x86 and x64.

You didn't even edit the IP and idk i only speak english so i can't read error. Maybe Netframework error. Or Visual C++ error.
