I will be gratefull if someone help me.I recorded a video to show you guys the configurations.
Please take a look and help me figure it out why igctools is not running and why am i getting disconnected. :(
All IP are set 127.0.0.1 and i'm trying to run client in the same PC as the server is running.

The server is fine with Ipv4 configs.
Now i just need to run IGCN Tools to create account. I already enable everything in SQL Server Configuration Manager and change tcp port 1433.
Already changed config.ini like showed in video.
But it doesnt run and don't even show icon tray :(

And also save the ServerInfo to you Client Folder Data>Local.
And for IGCN Tools. Run the tool as Administrator.

The disconnect problem is already solved.
Already tried to run as administrator. Still the same :(
Edit1: Well, I don't know the reason. But I downloaded IGCtools from another thread and now it's working..
I just needed to install WZ_MD5_MOD for x64.
Now I'm able to create account.
Edit2: Now when I try to log in it says that password is incorrect. Why?
Even if I change and save the password here:

I solved that issue by modifying md5 on dataserver.ini and on database correctly
