[Help] Dedicated server security.

Hello!

Could anyone tell me what security measures are recommended for securing the dedicated server when hosting MuOnline? ( just the game, web is on a different host)

I have a dedicated server from OVH with anti ddos, one of the better ones.

Is there anything right of the bat that should be fixed? For now I have:

-created separate user with limited acess
-installed antivirus
-unblocked ports for MuO

What else should be done? Anyone experienced with dedicated servers, is the security even required?

You need set config firewall and permanent mitigation, set a some rules on firewall OVH, websites outsite server mu online on hosting cpanel and antihack to client muonline, some config on your website on hosting cpanel and add some php script antiddos on website and more security add your domain in cloudflare, and you can add some software on the vps about antiddos.
