[Help] DL Fire Scream bug Season 10 IGC

Please Help me guys. i have season 10 IGC files, when DL do fire scream who is near is DISCONNECT.

and please extra question can you help me how do after reset all will be standart point and every reset +500 point. I know need do it in SQL but can your write me code and tell me step by step?
