[Help] Dmn Cms Vote reward system problem

I try to do some test on my vote reward system in Dmn Cms 1.1.8. I try it on my first account test its working. and we try 2nd account for test and shows like this first picture even we try it from different IP's and location.


And this my configuration for voting system. Thanks

just delete all and re-add again
add 1 TOP site and test.
then att 2nd TOP Site and test.
then 3rd and so on, should work.
