[Help] Does a VPS is enough for a season 3/4?

Hi, i want to open a season 3 mu server with a lil bit of features from season 4, and
wondered if a VPS with 2GB ram and 40GB will be enough for lets say 50 players top?
and my target audience is from europe,but mainly greece, so where do you guys recommend to buy a VPS from?

4gb is Recommended to prevent lags.
