Hello, anyone got converter or idea how to edit this files?

As i know, only IGCN Toolkit can do it.

.ozg -> .gfx (compressed or non-compressed flash file "zlib"), you can edit it using the jpexs-decompiler
.ozd -> .dds (DirectDraw Surface)
