Well I can see that there is no connection between website and sql database, that makes your problem very narrow, check around there everywhere, you should find it quite fast.. Recheck all the configs of website, check if login and password of sql matches, check sql database permissions are external sources allow to write to database. I cannot give you specific answer, just give you int where to focus on.

which sql server u using? and which xampp version? im sure thats somewhere where it contradicts the problem too.
