[Help] ExDB bind error

Good Day Everyone!

I just want to ask how to fix this exdb bind error
i think this is the reason why i cant create a guild ingame

im using zteam season 6 ep 3 files

bind error means the port is running alread somewhhere, in startcup.cfg file check exdb ports and change or something like that

i also tried to see that but in serverinfo.dat exdb doesnt have the same port with others
