[Help] Golden Derkon and Decay Skill / HP / Defense / AttackRate

Welcome. I am looking for help. I want to set the golden derkon so that decay spells don't work. Is it possible?. I wish he could be killed at 30 rreset. Anyone have experience in this setting ?. Any hints dear?
