[Help] Hide itens third party server

Hello everyone, I'm playing a Mu Online private server season 15.2 that has a lot of players on CS, so my computer (ryzen 3600, 16gb, GTX 1060) GOT 9 FPS during the CS. After a search I found some "Anti-lags" patches that removes some items from the game (just hide the item) and it increase my fps to 15fps during the CS, but it still rendenring couple items, like 3rd wings of DL, RW and Slayer.
I'm here to ask if it's possible to edit the server items (.bmd and .ozj) to hide those items by my self, do you guys know how to do it? How to create a anti-lag patch?
