[Help] How to Change to English name of skills please

Hellow guyz can you help me how to change the name of the skills in English because i dont know how to change it or do yo have some files that already in english so that i can copy those to my files to make the fix fast. Location: Data\Local\ENG

Decrypt the file using BMD DEC:

Open the txt document change the names.

And Re Encrypt BOOM DONE!
