[Help] How To Set-up a mu website in webhosting

Hello guyz, do you have some recommendation of web-files that can run in free webhosting? Any kind of web-files will do, all i need is a Castle Siege Timer, Guides and Registration that's all, by the way i need a lite version of a web-files.
