The file that's used by the server to modify Chaos Machine rates (mentioned in title) doesn't seem to work at all, either the Gameserver fails to read it or something else.
Configuration is not an issue as I've gone as far as to have paid 3rd party support look at it and realize the same thing.
Anyone knows what could be causing this, and a way to fix it?
