[Help] IGCN S9 release tools?

Hi,

I'm currently working with the IGCN S9 source but as they only opened the src code of the client patch, data server, connect server and game server and I'm wondering if there are open src projects of some useful tools like an itemlist converter (xml->bmp) for instance.
