Never download missing dlls from xxx sites its not safe, if you search on google you can find easy the fix for any problem. You need to install this:

Yeah its Not Safe :3 i Donwload Few days ago and my Wireless Conection Can't Connect in Wifi i already have This but Still Error
uninstall and install again if you had it. If still don`t work try next link, same procedure uninstall and then install :
