Help in VPS Google Cloud connection issue

i need help because i setup my server in google cloud vm and all are goods i can view my website all the ports are forwarded thru google cloud firewall and the startup of my server are all green, before i move into google cloud vm service ive done this setup couple of times in my own wanip there is no issue , but when i setup it in google cloud vm my main.exe cant connect i already change the ip of the main to the ip of google cloud and all of the ip's needed to change ive already changed, anyone can help me?

my mu server season 6.3
google cloud os windows server 2012 r2

i can see my port open in canyousee but still no luck connecting to the server
