[Help] Installing WebEngine 1.0.9.9 (WampServer)

So here it is, anything enabled and extensions added and still not working...
Short open tag is also set to be ON...

what sql server u using?
why not using xampp ?
tried other php version?

Wamp is a bit safer then Xampp, Tried all of the php version thru the software php switcher, same problem...tried with Xampp also got errors, but the open short tags has worked on the xampp but that's all, only short open tags worked from xampp.

Never tried with wamp but i used nginx with web engine and worked fine just in case you dont wanna use xampp
