[Help] JoH and Socket1 - 5 Value

I want to ask what are the value to be input in JoH Column to get the desired Harmony Option for CustomStartItem.txt
as well as for the Socket1 to Socket5 with Seed Sphere..

//Class Section Type Level Dur Skill Luck Option ExcOp SetOp JoH OEx Socket1 Socket2 Socket3 Socket4 Socket5 Time

its better you experiment it by your self, meaning u add one item and put for JoH 1 then 3 then 5 then 6 and see what u get as result, same with sockets, and im sure its not all 100% possible to make it that detailed to work
