[HELP]JoinServer Connect fail

Hello Ragezone

Good day!

I Just cameback to create some MU ONLINE PC server
I'm using this IGCN S9E2 but i encounter this error "JoinServer Connect Fail"
When i try to Up the server its keep showing and i try to locate that error but still no luck.

Can someone help me with this matter?
