Why in game inventory it's so small? There are some additional files with scaling or etc?

you should start uploading your images somewhere else, doesnt work here.. and seems from others too.
use IMGUR.COM or something

and once again asking, did u try to increase / scale the model dimensions so it look bigger in game with 3D software or not?
send us the .bmd file.. not whole client :D

i didnt check yet, but if u have texture limit then the size of the texture .ozj or .ozt should be maximum 256 x 256
is that correct ?

Yes that is correct and still I have a small image in game.
