not work i already change the 0 to 1 on Server and client side.

Then it is coded, if you have sources, you can disable this behavior. Or try to search in config files by kywords [sell, trade, lucky, set]

If you want to do that, it might be possible with a little Changes
Open Editor for Item.bmd

Change Kind A - 3
Change Kind B - 18
(Not 100% what season 6 use, but just make sure it follow like normal Exc Item)

The Good thing is , it will display Exc Options too

Bad Thing is , it glow below +7 doesnt have the "Golden" glow
Also you might not be able to refine it when its broken, so u must enable SellToNPC and Repair
