a help if possible? how can I edit in the game to appear instead of 50% increase exp, I want to appear 5% increase exp, I edited the itemtooltiptext and lang files but in vain it does not appear in the game.

I have no idea what files you are using.
Any way, you need to edit text.bmd search for "Increases Exp" and change it from 50 to 5
Same for the other thing.

It is depends on the structure how the repack created. But most probably it will be on text bmd or itemtooltip
