[Help] Monster attack keeps missing

Im currently using MuEMU server files season 6. My problem is monster attack keeps missing even their level is high(lvl100+) and my stats is very low like my Str: 1000, Agi: 1000, Vit:1000, Ene: 1000. I don't have any buffs and no set just an empty inventory. I've also check my Monster.txt file but it was the same config like other server files.

I also notice some of their attacks were successful but the damage is very little 20-120 damage.

What could be the problem? I'm guessing somewhere in my character config but I couldn't find. Any ideas?

Two things could be possible:
1. Defense rate of the character is too high. Check your configured formulas.
2. Attack rate of the monster is too low. Check monsters.txt

The defense rate should be a lot lower than the attack rate, otherwise you get misses.
