[Help] MU Online season 3 episode 1 server creation

Hello MU Online boys gang. Today I decided to create my own MU Online season 3 server. It was going to be my first time doing things like that , so i was watching a tutorial. I did everything as it was said in the tutorial but when it was time to change the IPs in the HEX-EDITOR program I replaced all the other IPs with mine , tried to connect to the fresh new server , but nothing happened. It just said I have been disconnected.
