[Help] Mu Server 0.97d source

I made a server for me and my friends, the server is hosted and everything is running fine, tough i had some issues i wanted to fix - The potion filling is really slow, there is a delay between each potion, chaning the requirements to register to the castle seige, max hp shown and more.
after researching i found out this stuff can only be fixed by changing the source code of the server.
So i'm looking for a source code for mu version 0.97D.
