[Help] Mucore 2.2.0 - Register error..

Hello, i write this thread because i have no idea. I trying 3 day to fix error with register but i cant.. I read a lot o threads about this error but anything doesnt work.

My problem is like many threads on this forum with MUCORE 2.2.0:
Unable to register, reason: system error, please contact administrator.

I trying with MD5 and without MD5. I restore DB maybe 4-5 times. I trying with ODBC and PDO connection in mucore but anything dont works..

I use VPS windows server, SQL Server 2008 R2, XAMPP with PHP 5.6.34 ,

On the bottom I paste screenshot with error and debug. Please help.. Thanks

first of all when u restore database and delete and restore again you must install agian MUCORE from site.com/INSTALL

is that the issue maybe?

Karli yes i solved problem but I forgot rewrite here :) after I restore db I must reinstall mucore despite the i have the same user.
