[Help] MuEmu EXP AND MONSTER BUG

I have wired problem,
When i start server or reload moobs, "first" moobs are very weak and no give exp.When i kill all monsters on spot, exp and drop are ok.
I go to another spot and is same. I must kill moob and after he respown exp and drop is OK.

<---- check if you have what exp you would want... if thats okay, than check Monster.txt from Data/Monster folder, if Monster have level or another thing could be maybe MapManager from Data folder what could be wrong on exprate.
