If i can ask, you need this exacly MUEMU with license emulation? If yes, so check your hosts file at windows/system32/drivers/etc/
If not, there are already source of these files free, old but with source and some knowlage, or just brain you can make easly your server and you know atlast what u have.
In these files muemu license emulation ss8/ss6 u must to know there are huge... example hidden command for make sets.

What do you mean by that? Do you even in MUOnline? You're asking about MuEMU, than there it is - IGCN license. If you're using MuEMU files with IGCN license than probably you mean S12 of MuEMU, if yes, you're not able to EMU this files without an actually legit license from MuEMU provider.

Clean files, without the license, are useless if you don't have crack or license Emulator.
