Help on Maxlevel

Please somebody enlighten me. Im searching for the exact guide on how to setup max level into 1000, i have found several guide but its not working in my project.

if you know how to code++ you can modify it in the main sources of the file that you uses .. remember your imagination is your limit nothing is impossible ...

all free files have configured thee max level thing wrongly,. meaning when u set it max to 1000, it goes to 401 or 402 and gets stuck, cuz of the exp bug that doesnt recognize u can go more than 400 but max lvl is 401 so it stops at 400, when u make 1000 in config it just goes 1-2 levels max more and gets stuck, meaning this is 'fixable' through ollydebugging the gameserver.exe or through recompile the source of the files with that fix for exp after lvl 400, then u might need to fix event entry levels and other related for players over 400, its a bit of mess.
