like i want to add exp when the player get in party

there must some exp configs.. in expsystem or something like this, or common.txt / .cfg file ..

this files look very standard and basic default, i dont see any specialconfig except in GameServer/Data/ try Character.cfg maybe there are party settings.. usually it must be oNLY inside that folder somewhere in config files called partyexp

i just had to research your files and there is no partyexp settings anywhere! maybe in GameServer.exe with ollydbg u can find in offsets.. but i recommend you to use other files, check my unreleased video tutorial that i am planning to release specialised for windows vps servers with windows server 2008:
