[Help] Problem ip LoginServer error, 97d+99i

Hello everyone, I am a beginner in creating a Mu server, and I wanted to create a normal one in which my friends can connect to learn, I want to do it on my PC, I downloaded the latest DT 97d + 99i files and the I ran with SQL 2008 r2, so far so good, with the ip 127.0.0.1 everything was fine, but I wanted to open the server so that my friends can enter to play, so I looked for what is my ip (What is my IP, My IP, Know My IP, Know my IP) and put it in:

-MuServer \ CS \ data \ ServerInfo
-MuServer \ CS \ data \ ServerList
-MuServer \ Data \ commonserver
-MuServer \ Data \ IpList
-MuServer \ Data \ lang \ kor \ commonloc
-and then I also changed them in the StartUp

I have ports 55557, 44405, 55901, 55970, 55960, 55062, 55901, 55919, 55999 on my router and ports 44405, 55557, 55901 on my firewall open.

after that I start the server (it takes a long time to get everything ready, although it does it with the ip 127.0.0.1 it takes the same) and at the end, when the gameserver gets ready I get an error sign saying: LoginServer connect fail.

I hope you can help me, I looked for several guides but none worked for me, they are very old guides, I also did not get an ip changer to help me, I will update this post as they help me to serve someone else, thank you very much.

Well I still do not receive any response or help, I already verified that the ports are open and I also tried to start the game server and the joinserver from the shortcut changing the destination: example:
-C: \ MuServer \ GameServer \ GameServer.exe 201.235.8.11 55970 201.235.8.11 55960 55901
-C: \ MuServer \ JoinServer \ JoinServer.exe / p55970 /ca201.235.8.11 / cp55557

1. only ports u need are: 44405 / 55901 / 55919 thats all, and 1433 for remote web port or 80 if u host ur web on same VPS.

IP you need to add EVERYWHERE 127.0.0.1 EXCEPT connectserver/serverlist.dat / mapserverinfo.dat if u have in data folder and thats it.

run server and go to Open Port Check Tool -- Verify Port Forwarding on Your Router and check if ports 44405 are running ,if not try this:
