[Help] Program Convert

Hello, does someone has an program for converting Server & Client sides

ItemSetType Server->Client and Client->Server
ItemSetOption Server->Client and Client->Server
ItemAddOption Server->Client and Client->Server

not to convert to xml format default only .txt and .bmd
Edit:
I upload .txt files if someone can convert them to .bmd.
This may be usefull for all others for Season 2, Season 3 servers

The only problem that i have until now is left for me ItemSetOption.txt -> to -> ItemSetOption.bmd
I try it manual to create it, but client closes. If someone can help for this file
