[Help] Question about ports for MU server setup

Hey fellow-mutizens,

I have a fairly simple question that I want to ask before I try to make a server. So it as follows:
"Can I make a server if all that I have are a pc and a wifi without router access?"
In other words, I have the access to the internet thru the wifi but I cannot manage ports. So would I be able to make it?

If your able to use the IPv4 Address then it's possible to make it local. To get ipv4 open CMD> Type ipconfig> and look for ipv4

If you want to make it to where friends can play then you all need to use hamachi.
