[Help] Season 12 adding lvl 4 wings mix (Items not putting in chous box)

For test pourpose i added new mix in mix.bmd
im using Season 12. Open source IGCN
in start there was no items Gardua's Flame & Feather
i added them in client & server side as i wanted put items in chous box it showed error improper items for combination now i added new mix in mix.bmd
Used items
1x Jewel of Chous
1x Gardua's Feather
1x Garuda's Flame

I have writed code for server side aswell but i stuck with problem when i try put them in chaos box it just not showing any errors in server side and no errors on client side just not putting in and not showing any error can someone tell where i could search for problem ?
