[Help] Server connect fail

im building a s9 server and i have a problema when i run ServerStartUp
it says "joinserver connect fail"

please help me

You sure edit ip server on all files?

yes
i solved this by creating another logon on sql and set up on cfgs

it was run perfectly on my local computer, now i'm trying to configure a host, but i just got the same problem again...
it says "server connect fail", but all status are green when ServerStartUp finishes load

i dont know what to do :/ just tryed everything

i think ODBC error :) check local c/Windows/system32 and local c/Windows/sysWOW64
