[Help] Server files season 6 (100% WORKING)

SQL Server 2008
Any data server wont launch, it's loading for about 15 minutes and then gives a error message which is unreadable it's just says "??? ???? ?" .

Did you tried to launch at run as administrator?

I couldn't wait anymore i wanted to get started learning of working on server files so i've switched files..
