[HELP] ServerInfo.dat file not found! error MU Season 2

Hello! After changing ips, restoring the databases, and successfully launching the MuServer_StartUp, when opening the 2 GameServer shortcuts the following error pops up: Please help! Thank you!
P.S. I have a router. Do I need to change the localhost(127.0.0.1) to my DHCP router IP everywhere???
