hellow ? how to edit set options? for example full options+socket+ancient options

or full options+socket options only?

Don't understand clearly, what options you want exactly?
to add options in ITEM ?

in scf_items.cfg in SCFData/items or just SCFData folder u can allow exc items with JOH(harmony) or +SOCKETS or both or +ancient and when u allow that then u can freely add items with all options + sockets etc if u know the way
