[Help] Skills showing up

Hello guys,i need a help or assistance in something,i currently started my own server and up know everything was ok,but ... appears a kinda of think i wanna fix(something i hate).When i use a skill(anyone)that skill shows,my server are 65k points and i want to know how to fix this,make this skills invisible in high points (65k).I taked a picture of how it is on my server and how i want to make(that is from other server):
